JDWA

The dashboard

What you get: a real SEO dashboard, not a monthly PDF.

Most agencies send you a static report on the 1st of the month and pretend the other 29 days don’t exist. I build the thing those reports are slices of. You log in any time and see exactly what’s happening. And what I’m doing about it.

11 modules below. Every panel is live on day one. No mockups, no “coming soon” labels, no wait-and-see.

What’s in the dashboard

11 modules. One URL.

Every panel below is live. When you sign in on day one, this is what you see.

Rankings

Every keyword you care about, tracked daily across Google Maps + organic search. 12-month trend on day one. No waiting for fresh data.

Local & GBP

Your Google Business Profile insights + your position in the Maps 3-pack for each local keyword. Know which competitors are above you and why.

Reviews

Every review across Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor and Trustpilot. One inbox, with response tracking. Don’t get caught out by a quiet 1-star.

Site health

Daily technical crawl. Broken links, duplicate H1s, missing schema, slow pages. Real Lighthouse scores per page, not a single homepage-only number.

Backlinks

Who links to you, who links to your competitors but not to you, what anchor text they use. New/lost deltas per day.

Keyword gaps

The keywords your competitors rank for that you don’t. Ranked by search volume, with difficulty score and intent. Growth-tier deliverable.

AI visibility — AEO & GEO

Whether AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) mention your business when people ask for what you do. Whether your site appears in Google AI Overviews. Plus the work that gets you cited — schema markup, llms.txt, AI-crawler directives in robots.txt, E-E-A-T signals. Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization, tracked monthly and built into the dashboard. Nobody else has this.

PPC performance

Spend, clicks, conversions, calls, cost-per-lead. You see results; we manage campaigns. PPC add-on.

What I’ve done for you

A plain-English log of every action I take on your account. The work, not just the numbers. No fake metrics, no auto-generated fluff.

Coming up

When your next monthly report ships, when your quarterly review call is. You don’t have to remember to ask.

Requests

Submit anything you need from me. I see it in my queue, you see status updates. Nothing gets lost in email.

Why this matters

Not just a metrics page

  • You see the work in real time, not just the result. The dashboard shows both.
  • If a rank drops, you see why. Industry-wide volatility, competitor action, or a real problem on your site. I get the alert too.
  • The dashboard is real infrastructure you log into. When we stop working together, you keep your data. Full export, no lock-in.
  • The 30-client cap is enforced in the backend, not marketing. You always get real attention, not an account manager juggling 50 others.

Frequently asked questions

Is the dashboard really live, or is it a screenshot once a month?
Live. Every metric on the dashboard updates on a schedule (most daily, some weekly, PageSpeed on demand). When I make a change — publish a GBP post, fix a schema error, adjust your top-3 local keywords — you see the effect in the dashboard before the monthly report lands. The monthly report is the narrative; the dashboard is the truth.
Can I log in and look at the dashboard myself?
Yes. Every client gets a viewer login. You cannot edit anything — only I can — but you can pull data, screenshot, share with your team. Most clients check the dashboard weekly, especially after a change I have made.
What does "AI visibility" actually track?
Three signals. (1) Citation presence: for the 20–50 commercial queries your customers would issue, are the AI answer engines citing you as a source. (2) Brand mention volume: how often your business name appears in AI-generated answers, attributed or un-attributed. (3) Sentiment: when you are mentioned, in what context. We issue real prompts through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews and log the responses. The dashboard shows the prompts, the responses, and which sources were cited.
How is this different from a typical SEO report?
Most SEO reports are screenshot-once-a-month: rank tracker screenshot, traffic screenshot, GBP insights screenshot, backlink screenshot. The numbers are real but the analysis is absent. The JDWA dashboard shows the same numbers, but every metric has a "what this means" line and a "what I am doing about it" action attached. If a number moves and I do not act on it, the dashboard surfaces that as a flagged task. If a number moves and I do act on it, the dashboard shows what I did and when.
Do I get the GBP insights directly from Google?
Yes. The dashboard pulls from the GBP API directly — calls, direction requests, searches, photo views, post interactions. The numbers match what you see in the GBP mobile app, with one addition: the dashboard joins GBP insights with website analytics so you can see the click-through from GBP to the website, and the conversion from the website to a lead. That join is what most agencies cannot do, because they do not have analytics access.
What if the dashboard is wrong?
Tell me. The data sources are Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, the GBP API, the analytics property, the backlink APIs (Ahrefs / Moz / Majestic), and the AI prompt testing pipeline. If any number looks off, it is usually a tracking issue (a filter, a redirect, a tag) rather than a problem with the data source. The dashboard is honest about its confidence — PageSpeed mobile scores, for example, are lab data and are not the same as the Core Web Vitals your real users see; the dashboard shows both.
