Root-cause diagnosis then a diagnose → stabilize → recover → protect process for algorithm, penalty, technical, or negative-SEO ranking drops. No guaranteed outcome or timeline — recovery depends on Google's next crawl/reassessment cycle, not a fixed SLA.
I read every enquiry personally and reply within one working day. If you need a faster response for a live GBP issue (suspension, verification failure), mention it in your message and I will prioritise accordingly.
A quick honest note.
Fees cover the work we do, not outcomes we don't control. Once a fee is paid, it's not refundable. The work begins immediately. Search engine rankings, third-party platform decisions, audience reception: those are outside anyone's control. What we control is doing the work, reviewing it personally, and showing you every step in the dashboard. Full terms.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the audit really free?
- Yes. The audit is a one-time read of your current site and local search presence — what your GBP looks like, what your rankings are, what the technical state is, what the obvious wins are. No invoice. No obligation. I do it because it lets me decide whether I can help your business, and because most of my retainer clients started with an audit that said "yes, I can move the needle here."
- How long does the audit take?
- The first read takes 4–8 hours. You receive the written audit within 5 business days of the discovery call. If you go on to become a client, the audit becomes the baseline for the monthly retainer work — I am not redoing it every month, I am reporting against it.
- Do you need access to my accounts to do the audit?
- No, not for the initial audit. I work from public sources: your live site, GBP, the search results for your service-area queries, your public citations. If we move to retainer work, then yes — I will need read-only access to Search Console, GBP, PageSpeed, your analytics, and any advertising accounts. You retain full ownership and can revoke access at any time.
- Will you call me to sell me something?
- No. The form submission gets you the audit. The audit tells you whether I can help. If I can, the audit closes with a clear "yes, here is what I would do and what it costs" — you decide whether to proceed. If I cannot, the audit closes with "here is what you should do, and here are 2–3 other people who could help." No sales call, no drip campaign, no follow-up pressure.
- What if my business is outside the UK?
- I work with UK-based trades and home-services businesses. The audit methodology works anywhere, but the SEO dynamics I know best are UK-specific (UK directories, GBP behaviours, search-result layout). If you are outside the UK, I can either refer you to a regional specialist or do the audit as a one-off paid engagement at higher rates — depending on scope.
- Can I just ask a quick question without filling out the audit form?
- Yes — email [email protected]. I read everything personally and reply within 1–2 business days. For the audit specifically, the form is the right route because it captures the detail that lets me give you a useful read instead of a generic "looks fine, give us a call" reply.
